Please note that permission is required from the National Security Authority (Formerly. Unit of Supreme Defence Command), to record aerial photographs or film over Norwegian territory. Read the law about the restriction here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Permission is required from NSM to shoot from the air over Norwegian territory (Aerial). Exempt from this requirement, are the passengers in scheduled charter or taxi traffic, as well as recordings made in accordance with those of Norway ratified the disarmament treaties.<\/p>\n

Application to make recordings from air in Norway<\/h3>\n

For individual missions, limited in time and scope, it may be granted permission by phone or fax. For people who need a permit in connection with work \/ occupational assignment, it can be applied for and be granted a general permit \/ license, with a duration of up to 5 years. Please note that it is required a security clearance of persons applying for aerial photography permit (license) over areas that are of special protection against aerial photography.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]
